We follow BS 7858 guidelines and ensure that all employees are fully vetted before offering an employment. We collect all relevant information from the applicant to complete thorough checks and this include applicant checkable work and education history. After completing all checks and screening process, vetting is completed and Approval of Company Director is needed before the vetting is signed off. We maintain employee’s personal files with all necessary documents and have designed a Vetting Matrix which is followed by our designated official to monitor expiry dates and conditions of employment and this provides us plenty of time to find and chase new licenses / any other documents. We have established our own training & development programmes which ensures guarantee quality services to our clients. Initially, we provide company induction training to our newly appointed employees. At this stage, we introduce company’s members of staff to new employee and provide him a brief information about the company background, its structure and culture. We explain company’s rules & regulations and make the newly appointed person aware of the company’s policy on equal opportunities and sexual & racial harassment. Company ID Card, uniform and equipment are issued to the newly appointed person. After providing company induction training, we provide training on employee’s role & responsibilities, client’s business required services, health & safety and other necessary information.
