Our policies

The commitments that shape how we work: quality, safety, the environment and your data.

Quality Policy Statement

We're committed to delivering security guarding and staffing services that consistently meet or beat our clients' expectations, and every legal and regulatory requirement that applies to us.

Our commitments

  • Deliver every assignment in line with agreed, site-specific assignment instructions.
  • Deploy only SIA licensed officers, vetted and screened to BS 7858.
  • Work to Code of Practice 119 for supplying staff to the security sector, as certified by the British Assessment Bureau.
  • Monitor service delivery through supervision, welfare checks and client reviews, and act promptly on feedback and complaints.
  • Set measurable objectives and pursue continual improvement in everything we do.
  • Be honest with clients about what we can do, where we cover and our accreditation status, at all times.

This policy is reviewed regularly by the director, who holds overall responsibility for quality across the business.

Health & Safety Policy Statement

The health, safety and welfare of our officers, our clients and the public sit at the heart of how we work. Our health and safety management systems are independently assessed through our CHAS accreditation, a member scheme of SSIP, in line with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.

We will

  • Assess the risks of every assignment before officers are deployed, and keep those assessments current.
  • Provide officers with the information, training and equipment they need to work safely.
  • Carry out welfare checks on lone workers and maintain 24/7 management contact.
  • Record, investigate and learn from accidents, incidents and near misses.
  • Cooperate fully with clients' own health & safety arrangements on their sites.
  • Review this policy and our safety performance regularly at management level.

Environmental Policy Statement

Our services are people-based and our footprint is modest, but we still take care to keep our impact small.

Our commitments

  • Plan deployments and travel efficiently to reduce unnecessary journeys and emissions.
  • Operate digital-first administration to minimise paper use.
  • Dispose of waste, including uniforms and equipment, responsibly.
  • Comply with applicable environmental legislation and encourage suppliers to do the same.
  • Raise environmental awareness among our staff.
